usually requires filling in of self-assessment and/or feedback questionnaires,

Myers-Briggs
(MBTI)
MBTI is a widely used personality indicator which helps

Practices Inventory
This instrument provides a profile of current skills/practices

Leadership
Development Profile
The Leadership Development Profile is a highly reliable

Team
Management Systems (TMS) Profiles
These are a series
of 360 degree questionnaires, based on extensive research, focused on

Team
Management Profile- A detailed report placing
personal work preferences, strengths and weaknesses within the context
of the team and its overall goals.
Types
of work profile- A report on the perceived
content of a specific job, in relation to the eight areas shown in the
Types of Work Model. Input can be collected from just one or several people.
A clear overlap diagram shows the extent to which there is a match between

Team
